I just purchased a 2005 Donzi ZX 33 from Superior Auto. It was a simple experience, I did secure my own financing and they were incredibly accommodating and happy to assist with what the seller needed, what I needed and what my financial institution needed. Superior auto sales redefines what your typical dealership experience is. They go above and beyond any other dealership I’ve ever seen… make it so easy.. very transparent.. if every dealership operated like them the world would be a better place. I flew out of state to pick up my car, Nic was kind enough to pick me up from the airport and show me around Buffalo NY.. No hidden fees everything is laid out. I was in and out within an hour. Highly recommend. You won’t find dealerships like this anymore.

I recently purchased a 2025 Volkswagen Golf R from Rick and the team at Superior and couldn’t be happier! The vehicle was as described and they even helped with shipping it to Vermont, to accommodate my busy schedule.Very friendly team and a quick painless transaction. All paperwork was ready to go, making the dmv nonsense a breeze.Would 10/10 recommend if they have inventory that interests you. I recently purchased a used 25 Mustang from Aiden. The process was great, and truly an easy purchase with no pressure whatsoever. I was a bit undecided on which vehicle I wanted and he worked with me to find the one I wanted. The financing was a breeze. The reason it lost a star, the final product was poor. The car is still dirty, hardly detailed. And I wasn’t given a full tank of gas. Aiden did offer a free detail, but I’m not sure if that’s the right place to get it cleaned right.

I had an outstanding experience with Superior Auto Sales in Hamburg, NY. Rick went above and beyond the call while purchasing my car here in Canada to helping me find the next car I wanted. It was located at a dealer in California, and the team at Superior Auto Sales made the entire process incredibly easy by coordinating the shipment and handling everything on their end. I spoke to Rick probably 4 to 5 times a day just be in the loop of it all and to not miss buying, as it is a limited production car and wanted it.From start to finish, Rick was professional, honest, and responsive. He kept me informed throughout the process, said 7 to 10 days arrival when it landed in 6 days! He answered all of my questions, and made what could have been a complicated long-distance purchase completely stress-free.Sarah was the one that kept all the pieces of the puzzle together from setting up all the documentation for cross boarder to delivering it to my home. Tyler I met here was responsible for transfering it into my name with a Canadian title which he too played a key role in making it all come together.When the vehicle arrived, it was exactly as described, and the entire transaction was handled with care and professionalism. Sarah also reached out and mentioned some more paperwork will be coming my way and if I am enjoying the car!It's clear that Superior Auto Sales genuinely cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right.Sarah even had mentioned if I had any issues she would reach out to the selling dealer to sort it out for me, that's what I mean when people care about their clients.I only met Rick one time on a deal about 10 yrs ago he bought a car I had for sale for a client of his, it's nice to see that he still values his word and his clients when doing a deal, that doesn't come easy in this day and age. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish purchasing an F150 from Richard Izzo and Superior Auto Sales. I came up from Pittsburgh for the truck, and they were kind enough to pick me up from the airport. Richard and Sarah couldn't have made the sales process any easier or more pleasant. Great communication and transparency throughout the entire process. A+ family business, highly recommend, and very happy with my new vehicle. The truck was just as advertised, runs great, and super clean. Despite being in another state, I'll definitely try to go through Superior Auto Sales for any future vehicle purchases.
