Bought my QX70s, the cars they sell are awesome and the service great. Would recommend 1st stop if looking for a car, their cars are eye candy no doubt plus bonus service The Krown undercoating to protect it. You won't be disappointed.

Exceptional experience. I was looking for a very specific vehicle and there were only about 50 across the entire US for sale. The best priced ones were out of state, but I was anticipating having to go that route. I happened to stumble across Superior Auto Sales and saw in their inventory a vehicle that was recently listed that happened to be the type of vehicle I was looking for. I had never really heard of Superior Auto before, so was a bit hesitant as it wasn't like a large local dealership. I am glad I ended up finding them though. The entire experience was seamless. I ended up dealing with Richard who was extremely responsive. The vehicle I was looking at did not have any photos up yet, but was the type of vehicle I was looking for. I reached out and received a quick reply from Richard who sent me some photos of the vehicle. It ended up being the exact color both inside and out that I was looking for and had lower mileage. I ended up going out to look at the vehicle and test drive on a Thursday. The vehicle was in like new condition. In dealing with Richard there was zero pressure and he was accommodating and respectful. We ended up communicating and I was able to drive the vehicle home that Saturday. The entire process was simple and not like the typical car dealership experience. I am thrilled I stumbled upon Superior Auto and will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases and spread the word to other friends and family. Thank you Richard and crew for a great experience and top-notch customer service!

I knew exactly what kind of car I was looking for, and when I saw it on their website, I sent an inquiry right away.Richard reached out promptly and sent me additional pictures of the exact car I wanted to see, which made the process easy and stress‑free. When it came time to finalize everything, Greg in finance walked me through all the details and worked hard to get me the best deal possible—even a better rate than my own bank!Before I knew it, the deal was done, and I drove off in my new‑to‑me, beautiful Lincoln Aviator. Smooth process, great communication, and an amazing team. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality vehicles and top‑notch service.

I have recently purchased a pickup truck from Superior motors in Hamburg New York. The salesman, Aiden, was very good not at all pushy and answered most all of my questions even synced my phone up to the truck. Although there were a couple of hiccups, such as my plates were left at the dealership but Sarah made sure they got out in the mail to me that day. I also needed to cancel the extended warranty that I purchased, and the warranty company took longer than normal at no fault of the dealership. And me not being exactly a patient type of person called and texted Sarah several times and not once did she duck my calls or text, she always responded and always was very very pleasant. She is definitely the jewel at that dealership. Thank you again Sarah

I recently bought my Ford Mustang from Superior Auto Sales. I was impressed. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and they saved me a trip to the DMV. I want to thank Aiden and the rest of the staff for helping make my car buying experience a comfortable one. I walked in with my old car and walked out with my new one in no time.
