I recently bought my Ford Mustang from Superior Auto Sales. I was impressed. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and they saved me a trip to the DMV. I want to thank Aiden and the rest of the staff for helping make my car buying experience a comfortable one. I walked in with my old car and walked out with my new one in no time. Sarah was incredibly helpful throughout my entire import process. She was quick to respond, answered all of my questions clearly, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable.I had received a much higher quote from another importer with an estimated timeline of several months, but her pricing was far more reasonable and transparent. She took the time to actually review my vehicle details instead of giving a generic estimate, which I really appreciated.She completed the entire process in about one month, even finishing about a week earlier than expected. She also accommodated my schedule for pickup, which made the process even smoother. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing vehicle import services.

I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, always locally. This was my first experience buying a car from 800 miles away. Of course, I was leery. But after initially talking to Richard and hearing about the longtime family business, I immediately felt relieved and comfortable!I spoke with Richard several times. He was most accommodating, even Facetiming with me showing me, in detail, any part of the car I wanted to see. Even laying on the ground to show me video under the car!Once I decided to purchase the car, I mostly dealt with Sarah. She also went above and beyond to answer all my questions, handled all the paperwork completely and arranged enclosed shipping for my car.This turned out to be my best car-buying experience!Whether you buy from them in person, or from the other side of the country like I did, I would recommend them without hesitation!Thank you Sarah and Richard!

I have been a loyal customer of Superior Auto Sales for over 20 years and while I appreciate and respect the outstanding "front door" service of the sales staff Rick Izzo has assembled this 5 star review is directed towards their service department and staff. One could argue which is more important but in this case I would like to share my appreciation to Ms. Kristin Sedlmeier, Service Manager, and her team of technicians. Finding a good repair shop is like finding a compentent physician and I have never been disappointed with their service. Kristin is always available and honest when answering any of my questions. I recently brought in a vehicle I'm thinking of purchasing and Carmine, the technician, literally walked me under the car pointing out potential concerns that warrented my attention. When addressing a concern with the condition of the frame Carmine took the time to look up a framing expert he was familiar with to assit me. As long as the Izzo family owns Superior Auto Sales and retains such high quality, compent staff as Kristin and Carmine I will remain a loyal customer and recommend them to family and friends without reservation.Ken Bossert

Where to even start, this is probably one of the best car experiences I have ever experienced! I live in Oklahoma and they are in Hamburg New York and the quality of service was phenomenal. Everyone I worked with was so fantastic. They even shipped the vehicle to me in a timely manner and helped me with every process along the way I can’t say enough about Sarah Greg and Aiden. It has been an effortless and very smooth experience with streamlined processing. Richard did great on the sales side over the phone with prompt responses and pictures. The deal was struck almost in no time. Huge difference with family-owned dealership and outstanding customer service as opposed to traditional dealership with pushy salespeople. Sarah picked my wife and I from the airport, we did a short test drive and signed the prepared papers in less than 10 minutes. Drove from Hamburg, NY back to Chicagoland next day. Thank you for helping us with the whole process. Great job and keep up the customer focus in mind!
